1. Leadership Program for a Beer Leader

Collaborated with a leading Alcohol & Beverages organization to enable their leadership team build their brand image, vision & mission clarity. The leadership program comprised 360-degree assessment & feedback, stakeholder conversations, followed by immersive exercises-based intervention of HOT Leadership based on their organizational values, feedbacking through assessments & co-creation of organizational Culture code with the Leadership Team. To sustain progress & impact, Individual Development Plans were put together for the leadership team, along with 360 Degree feedback, supported by continual reviews & quarterly coaching meets.

2. Competency Management for a Leading Edtech organization

Collaborated with a leading e-learning services provider in bridging internal skill gaps by identifying high performances competencies for designated job roles. This intervention involved initial diagnostics, crafting organization wide Value based competencies, mapping Talent across these competencies across levels, measuring Talent against competency indicators aligned to a Global model & aligning gaps to create Succession readiness in the organization. This also included extending the Competency Framework to other areas of Employee Development; Performance Reviews, Rewards, Career Progression & designing/ delivering Individual Development Plans for sustaining continual progress.

3. Leadership Development for a Healthcare Chain 

Partnered with a leading Healthcare chain on building a long-term Leadership Development for their Key Talent. 

The intervention was based on Leadership Assessments basis identified competencies. 

Competencies for development included Leadership Communication, Collaboration, Results Orientation, etc. Global group coaching methodologies & immersive learning processes were followed leading to a final outcome of a development score for every participant. 

4. HR Consulting Program for a Tech & Media house

Partnered with a Tech & Media house to help create, ideate & implement a strong organizational culture touching upon areas of People, Practices & Policies. A 3 Phased approach, driven on a quarterly basis was adapted based on a Global framework focusing on setting in beliefs amidst Leadership & teams for improved performance. Data was sought & captured through Diagnostics including methodologies of Stakeholder Conversations, Culture & Climate surveys. It comprised, creation of a comprehensive report with inferences, recommendations of organizational processes, policies, performance improvement plans, operational efficiency metrics & ways of implementing remedies for gaps. This was followed by designing a Culture Code, Leadership & Employee principles, Culture Philosophy, Negotiable & Non-Negotiable Culture Behaviors. Lastly, foundation built in the initial phases was fostered through employee experience building processes & employee engagement plans.
