What are the fears of an entrepreneur?
There are several fears I had:
1. Not being able to pay salaries
2. Closing down my startup one day
3. Losing a big customer
4. Employees leaving the company
5. Not being able to deliver on a project
6. Loss of reputation
7. Customers not paying up
The list is endless.
I always wanted to run away from these fears.
But the more I ran away from them the more they troubled me.
As all these fears came true.
I realised only when we fail do we learn.
But once we fail & the worst happens then there is nothing more.
The fears go away.
The poor man has no fear because he cant lose more ?
I guess the same happens in our life as well.
Fears are are a reminder of the bad things which may happen.
Once it happens we dont fear anymore.
There is only way I learnt to overcome fear it to jump into it. Take the risk.
Action is the key
Failure is not permanent
Just as success is not ?
