These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website & services offered by Blew Minds Consulting LLP (“Blew Minds”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website & registering for our services, you (“you”, “your”, “User”) agree to abide by these Terms.

By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

  1. Services Offered

Blew Minds offers storytelling workshops, consulting, coaching, & other professional development services. The scope, format, & schedule of each service or workshop will be as described on our website or communicated directly.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Participants under the age of 18 must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian to register for & participate in any of our services. In addition, they must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian during the entirety of the services opted for (either physically or virtually, depending on the format). The parent or legal guardian shall assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation, conduct, compliance with these Terms, & overall safety during the service.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate, current, & complete information during registration.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, emails & communiques shared.
  • Not to engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt the website or services.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, presentations, & branding related to our services are the intellectual property of Blew Minds & may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

  1. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of registration or purchase. Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are used for processing transactions. Blew Minds does not store or handle any card or bank details.

  1. No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment has been made, except in the event that a workshop is cancelled by Blew Minds, in which case a full refund will be provided. Refer to Cancellation & Refund section for more details

  1. Limitation of Liability

Blew Minds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

  1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by & interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, India.
