Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Blew Minds Consulting LLP, we welcome your interest & are committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality experiences through our workshops, coaching sessions, & related services.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Once registration & payment have been completed for any of our services including but not limited to workshops, training programs, or coaching sessions no cancellations will be permitted from the participant’s end.

1.2 We urge you to review the program details, schedules, & your availability carefully before proceeding with the registration & payment.

1.3 Your enrolment constitutes a firm commitment to participate & does not allow for deferrals, transfers, or credits toward future events.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been successfully made.

2.2 However, you shall be eligible for 100% refund in the following circumstances:

(a) workshop or service is cancelled by Blew Minds Consulting LLP; or

(b) if the session is rescheduled by Blew Minds Consulting LLP and the alternate date of is not suitable to you.

2.3 The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

2.4 The final decision on the approval of the refund rests with the organisation.

2.5 Also based on discussions with you as a participant, the organisation can decide to schedule your participation to another workshop in circumstances of your inability to attend a predecided workshop on a particular date.

2.6 No partial, pro-rata, or conditional refunds shall be entertained for:

(a) Late arrivals or early departures

(b) Non-attendance for any reason

(c) Technical or connectivity issues on the participant’s side during virtual sessions

(d) Any dissatisfaction with subjective elements of the service (content, pace, peer interactions, etc.)

If your workshop was cancelled by Blew Minds & you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at vishwapriya@blewminds.com with proof of payment.

By registering for our services, you acknowledge & agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy. These terms are legally binding & enforceable under applicable laws of India.
