As a person originating from a defense background, he has been brought up in different places around India including completing his schooling from Delhi, India. He is a management post graduate specialized in Human Resource Management. He has overall 1.6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (Executive search, Leadership Hiring, Technical & Non-technical hiring). He possesses strong knowledge as well as hands on experience in handling the entire hiring cycle starting from sourcing till onboarding along with HR operations.
